Acrylic Denture Polymerization Devices

The device housing is made of appropriate profiled stainless steel sheet. The water chamber is also made of stainless steel and consists of two parts: the upper section, which is the working area where flasks are placed, and the lower section, which contains the heater and thermoelement. These two sections are separated by a perforated partition that also serves as a support for the flasks. A lid is located on the top of the device. Structural elements are joined by electric welding. The insulation space is filled with suitable boards made of alumina-based ceramic fibers and binder. The device heaters are made of alloyed resistance wire “Kanthal A1”.
