Heat Treatment Furnaces
The furnace body is made of profiled sheet steel with a frame filled with refractory brick. The insulation consists of high-grade ceramic fiber (aluminum-oxide based) with optimized air flow to minimize heat losses. Kanthal A1 resistance heating elements are used. The door opens translationally and is filled with appropriate insulation. The housing is powder-coated and cured in a chamber.
