Enameling Furnaces
The furnace housing is made of profiled sheet steel. The insulation space consists of ceramic fiber (aluminum-oxide based) with directed airflow to minimize heat loss. Heating elements are made of alloyed resistance wire “Kanthal A1”. Control is housed in a separate electrical cabinet. The exterior is first primed (protective paint) and then finished with the appropriate top coat.
