Aluminum Melting Furnaces
The furnace housing is made of profiled steel sheet, with the
frame filled with ceramic brick. The insulation space consists
of a layer of top-quality ceramic fibers based on aluminum
oxide, with airflow designed to minimize heat loss. The furnace
door opens upward by rotation and is filled with suitable
insulation. The heating elements are made of alloyed resistance
wire “Kanthal A1”. The furnace is coated first with a primer
(protective) paint and finally with an appropriate top coat.
