Dental furnaces

The furnace housing is made of profiled sheet steel with a stainless (chromium steel) frame filled with refractory firebrick. The chamber is built from high-quality ceramics. The insulation consists of alumina-based ceramic fiber with guided airflow to minimize heat losses. The door opens translationally via a lever–spring mechanism and is packed with adequate insulation. Heating elements are made of Kanthal A1 resistance wire. The casing is powder-coated and cured at 180 °C.
