Dry sterilizers
The sterilizer housing is made of profiled sheet steel, while the chamber is stainless steel.
The insulation consists of ceramic fiber (aluminum oxide based) with airflow management to
minimize heat loss. The door opens on hinges, is packed with appropriate insulation, and
includes a stainless-steel inner insert. Heating elements are made from alloyed resistance
wire “Kanthal A1”. The external structure is powder coated and oven-baked at 180 °C.
