Volatiles Furnaces

The furnace body is made of profiled sheet steel. A dedicated lifting mechanism raises and lowers the work tray for easy loading and unloading. The firing process in the chamber can be performed under vacuum or without vacuum, with or without nitrogen. The insulation consists of premium ceramic fibers based on aluminum oxide with controlled airflow, minimizing heat losses. Heating elements are made of alloyed resistance wire (Kanthal A1). The furnace body is coated by electrostatic application and cured in a chamber at 180 °C.
