Gold Melting Furnaces

The furnace body is made of profiled sheet steel with a stainless-steel frame filled with refractory brick. The insulation uses high-grade ceramic fiber (aluminum-oxide based) to minimize heat losses. The stainless-steel door opens upward and is filled with appropriate insulation. Kanthal A1 resistance heating elements are used. The furnace housing is powder-coated and cured in a chamber.
