Laboratory Furnaces

The furnace body is made from profiled sheet steel, with a stainless-steel frame filled with ceramic brick. The chamber is built from high-quality ceramics. The insulation consists of premium ceramic fibers based on aluminum oxide; combined with optimized airflow, this minimizes heat loss. The door opens translationally via a lever-and-spring mechanism and is packed with matching insulation. Heating elements are made of alloyed resistance wire Kanthal A1. The furnace is powder-coated and oven-baked for durability.
