Prism Curing Tanks

The tank structure is made of stainless sheet steel. Each frame (three frames in total, with 18 baths) holds six baths arranged in three levels, also made of stainless sheet steel. The baths are movable and can be removed from the frame for easier cleaning. Every bath includes the following components: overflow system, water inlet and outlet system, heater, level gauge, temperature gauge, cooling system, and digital temperature control. The insulation consists of a layer of ceramic fiber based on aluminum oxide and airflow management, minimizing heat losses. The tank heaters are made of alloy resistance wire (Kanthal A1). Computer connectivity and dedicated software enable monitoring of the relevant parameters for each bath individually.
