Sintering Furnaces
The furnace body is made of profiled stainless sheet, welded for rigidity. The insulation chamber uses ceramic fiber boards (up to 1600 °C) based on aluminum oxide, with airflow that minimizes heat loss. The door opens translationally via a lever-spring mechanism and is packed with high-efficiency insulation. Heating is provided by MoSi2 (“Super Kanthal”) elements Ø6 mm for temperatures up to 1800 °C.
