Trolley Furnaces for Ceramics
The furnace frame is made of profiled sheet steel, with the chassis filled with ceramic brick.
The insulation section uses premium ceramic fiber based on aluminum oxide and guided
air flow to minimize heat loss. Kanthal A1 electric resistance heaters are installed
both in the chamber and in the trolleys. The furnace can be produced with or without
a turnout (one or two trolleys). Hinged, insulated doors ensure safe sealing.
The body is coated with primer (anti-corrosion) and finished with a durable top coat.
