The furnace body is made of profiled sheet steel. A lifting mechanism raises and lowers the work tray so the product can be inserted and removed safely. The firing cycle in the chamber can run under a controlled vacuum level or without vacuum. The insulation section consists of high-grade ceramic fiber based on aluminum oxide with guided air flow to minimize heat loss. Heaters are made from Kanthal A1 electric resistance wire. The housing is finished with an electrostatic powder coat and cured at 180 °C.
