Wax Drying and Melting Furnaces

The furnace housing is made from profiled sheet steel. The insulation section uses ceramic fiber based on aluminum oxide with directed airflow to minimize heat loss. The door opens downward on a rotary hinge and is filled with matching insulation. A suitable work shelf is installed inside the chamber. Furnaces for drying and melting wax are available without a fan or with a fan (for more efficient removal of exhaust air from the chamber), depending on customer requirements. Heaters are made of Kanthal A1 resistance wire. The furnace body is powder-coated electrostatically and cured in a chamber.
