The construction of device is made of adequate stainless shape steel plate. Chamber where the water poured is also made of stainless steel  sheet and two parts:the upper part of which is the working part where kivete housing and the lower part where the heater and the thermoelement. The two chambers are separated by a perforated partition that is used to support kiveta. On the upper side of the device is a cover. Structural elements are connected to electric welding. Insulating device space is filled with the appropriate plates made of ceramic fibers based on aluminum oxide and binders.

Heaters devices are made of alloy electricalresistant  wire "kanthal A1”.
