The construction of furnace is made of shape steel plate. The insulation area of furnace is composed by high quality ceramic fibers strata based on aluminum oxide.The furnace is made from two parts, where upper represent cover which is opening by hand (pneumatic rising) or auto (hydraulic rising).The heaters are made by doped electro-resistant wire “kanthal A1”, and they are in upper and bottom of furnace.Regulation is located into electro-closed and it is separated from furnace.

Furnace is dyed with primary (protective) paint and on the end with adequate final color.
