The construction of furnace is made of shape steel plate, the frame is by  stainless steel filled with ceramic bricks. The insulation area of furnace is composed by high quality ceramic fibers strata based on aluminum oxide, thus heat lossiness are on minimum. Furnace door are by stainless steel and opens upstairs and they are filled with adequate insulations.

The heaters are made by doped electro-resistant wire “kanthal A1”.

Furnace is dyed with electrostatic sediment and fried in chamber.
