The insulation area of furnace is composed by high quality ceramic fibers strata based on aluminum oxide and circulation air, thus heat lossiness are on minimum. The furnace is made from two parts, and it is opening by rising upper part. The furnace can be revolved around the girder so that can resume either place (0-90°).Regulation is located into electro-closet and it is separated from furnace.The heaters are made by doped electro-resistant wire “kanthal A1”, and they are in upper and bottom of furnace.Furnace is dyed with electrostatic sediment and fried in chamber.
